If you think getting a ready-made list is the better option, it's okay. I'm not going to argue with you.

The length of your mail should be within 150-200 words.

Once you get the approval, proceed to write your Guest Post.

Step 4-Create Compelling Content and Submit.

If your goal is to publish your article on high authority sites, you would have to create high-quality content. 

If you're intended to post to get backlink without adding value for the audience, high authority sites are not the right places for you.

The key to creating high-quality content is to write it for the audience. 

For high authority sites, you're not alone to contribute. You have to compete with several guest authors. Moreover, high authority sites wouldn't accept marginal or low-quality content. 

They always post exclusive high-quality content on their sites. That's why they became high authority sites.

Create a catchy headline- Craft the headline of your guest post similar or better than the Best Blog Post Title, You create always.

The Rules are almost the same for creating SEO optimized content for your blog and guest post.  Start with keyword research.

  • Latest Information
Include the latest/updated information in your content. Your audience loves to read current information.

  • Create Unique content
 Unique content means content that has not been published anywhere. Don't post the same content on multiple sites. It is duplicate, even if it is your blog post.

  • The Length
The Length of a guest post may vary from site to site. Usually, the publishers mention the requirement of minimum length in their guidelines. On most sites, you'll find it 800-1200 words.
  • Conclude post
Ask the readers to post comments. Conclude the article with a strong CTA that can drive traffic to your blog.
  • Proofread
Not checking/ correcting the mistake is a  Big  Common Mistake that you should avoid. 
When your blog post is ready, to find minor errors, read it twice, top to bottom, and reverse. If detected, correct them before submission.
